Home at Last Dog Rescue is so dear to our family as you can imagine since we adopted our two dogs Lindor (Black Lab mix) and Simon (Aussie Shepard mix) from them.
They bring a lot of dogs from Southern States to find good homes in this area. They do not have a rescue facility and all dogs are cared at their volunteers homes.
Lindor was actually born in one of the fosters home as one of eleven puppies! Simon (aka Heath) was fostered by a young girl who happened to live on the farm where our son used to ride. It was meant to be!
We are an active family and they fit right in! This race is perfect for us and we enjoy prepping for it and the race itself.
