The unexpected loss of our dog Bo has been difficult. It is still fresh and painful. He was a great dog, my velcro dog through the years. We rescued him from the Souris Valley Animal Shelter in Minot, North Dakota. He moved across the country to Pennsylvania with us. A giant 120 pound lap dog who loved the sun on his fur, french fries and dog ice cream, bringing very visitor a present, and always wagged his tail. A rescue dog with a giant heart who loved his family. I miss his soft fuzzy ears, his silly grass rolls outside, and our snuggles at night while he snored. He was spoiled, just as he deserved. In honor of him and for all rescue dogs who deserve a loving home with fuzzy blankets and sound machines just like Bo, I hope to raise money to help those who need homes find them.
